This year's Gals 'n' Pals Tournament in Haliburton will be held on
Saturday July 19 at the Town Dock on Head Lake, which connects to
Kashagawigamog. 2 person teams, all teams must include at least 1
female. Entry fee $60. Optional $10 Big Fish side bet (winner-take-all
on that one).
For additional info or to get a set of rules with an entry form
e-mailed to you contact Dave Bailey at:

Last year had 33 boats attending, with a first place payout of $400.
These tournaments are meant to be low-pressure with the accent on
having some fun with your spouse/partner/friend (if you bring a
partner or friend we won't tell your spouse). Most participants pay
cash at the dock, that is easiest for everyone and ensures that
pre-payments don't get spent on beer. In the case of male/female
teams all prize money is given directly to the female, again to ensure
that it isn't spent on beer. After the tournament you're welcome to
join me at McKeck's place for, um, beer.
