Why Throw it Away?
Instead of just throwing away a soft plastic bait after catching a few fish with it, keep it on deck. Check to see if any part of the bait is still salvageable to use as a trailer on a spinner bait. It only takes a little something extra to give that spinner the extra body or special touch to attract a fish's attention.
